On Saturday, April 23rd, the Dewey Avenue Merchants Association held their first “Springtime on Dewey” event on the front lawn of Aquinas Institute in Rochester, New York. The event included merchant sales, free haircuts, activities for kids, a steel drum band, free food, the fire safety trailer, face painting, and the City of Rochester Rec on the Move.
