The City of Rochester has initiated the fourth update to its Urban Forest Master Plan, which was originally initiated in 1993 following the 1991 ice storm. The planning process aims to educate residents about the importance of the urban forest, as well as identify the types of trees and locations that are appropriate and could benefit from added canopy. Highland Planning is proud to be leading the engagement and outreach portion of this effort.
