Highland Planning is part of a consultant team working with the City of Buffalo on a Smart Streets Design Plan, which will include a curb management plan and preliminary design for a flexible smart street. The plan will examine ways to technologically enhance the roadways in Downtown Buffalo to better accommodate a wide range of modes of transportation. A series of public events were recently held to inform the public about the project and to gather feedback.
